This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Linkups ("Company"), governing your use of the LinkUps mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to compliance with this Agreement.

You agree not to:

1. Modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
2. Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
3. Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity.

You are solely responsible for any content you post within the App. You agree not to share, upload, or promote any content that:

1. Contains hate speech, threats, or harassment.
2. Is defamatory, obscene, or pornographic.
3. Promotes violence, illegal activities, or self-harm.
4. Impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity.
5. Violates the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.

The Company reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

The Company strictly prohibits objectionable content, including but not limited to:

1. Hate speech, discrimination, or targeted harassment.
2. Graphic violence, explicit sexual content, or illegal substances.
3. Misinformation or deceptive practices.

Users engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior will be subject to immediate suspension or permanent account termination at the Company’s discretion

Linkups strictly prohibits the creation, sharing, uploading, posting, forwarding, or distribution of:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)Content that sexualizes minors
• Content that depicts, promotes, or encourages the abuse, exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or endangerment of children
• Inappropriate or predatory interaction with minors
• Sextortion, blackmail, or solicitation involving minors

Any such content or behavior will result in immediate account termination, removal of the

content, and mandatory report to the relevant law enforcement agency or child protection

authority.

The following activities are strictly forbidden on Linkups:

• Grooming or attempting to befriend a minor for sexual purposes
• Requesting or exchanging intimate imagery with a minor
• Attempting to meet minors for exploitative purposes
• Using the app to traffic, advertise, or solicit minors
• Depictions of minors in sexual contexts or harmful activities

We will take immediate action including reporting to child safety authorities if such content or behavior is detected

Linkups is designed for users aged 17 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from

children under 17.

Our safety team uses:

• Manual moderation
• Automated detection systems
• User reports

to identify and remove harmful content. Repeated or severe violations result in permanent bans.

When Linkups becomes aware of confirmed content violations:

• The content is immediately removed
• The associated account is permanently banned
• Evidence is preserved only to the extent permitted by law

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to these practices.

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for violating this Agreement.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ghana.

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
